I can't work with .sff at all.Come on, try! :) It's easy.
Here's the updated .sff file. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/kss7fkw5vyv4rg2/ryu.sff)Good job! :thumbsup:
Decided to give it a shot. Although I specified being a beta testing/metagame guy. Lemme know if I did something wrong.
You called me for the wrong exercise. I can't work with .sff at all. All I do is play stuff. :ninja:Same here.
Come on, try! :) It's easy.
Come on, try! :) It's easy.Good for you. Let me know when there's actual testing to be done. :U
The next 2 I remember being interested in a MUGEN training camp!
@Saikoro:
@Djoulz:
All of you get in here and give me 20! Or better yet 270!!!
Good for you. Let me know when there's actual testing to be done. :UOk, couch potato. :P
This is the 1st MUGEN training camp mission.
In this thread you will be given a range of tests at various levels of difficulty. This will be a level 1 test. Very simple.
Your objective is to add THE DEMON Ryu sprites I made to the sff. Reupload it, and someone will take a look at it to make sure you did it right. Probably me unless this catches on =p
Here are your sprites. (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3e3u08hfwxwtuke/zALkjnaKxr/tutorial/Tut1)
The .def and .sff can be found here (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3e3u08hfwxwtuke/_tmMcf-yzd) Get both files
Trial #2 Indexing your spritesAnother way to do this is to:Spoiler: Tutorial (click to see content)
JNP, when I tried to do it your way, in the dockable dialog the palette (colour map) of my indexed sprite never showed.Did you scroll up? It added it to the top of mine automatically. Was your sprite converted to indexed mode 1st? If all this is true I don't know why it acted differently. I mean I didn't do anything else. Again, it's the only time I've ever used it (and hopefully the last =p)
I kind of figured there may be a better way. I've never used GIMP =pOkay.
Mind adding a secondary spoiler in my tutorial showing your alternate method?
