This character is tons more accurate when facing himself or SF3 Necro and any future SF3 character created by me. Velocities, reflection, and all that specific stuff are only accurate under the aforementioned circumstances.

Necro was updated for compatibility.

Batman has been canceled because I don't feel like coding those types of characters anymore. =P

I don't feel like dwelving into your code to understand this "secret code" and "child abuser" stuff though !
The only reason it wasn't a headache to get back into the system was because of the cleanliness of the code!
Secret code is a secret combination of buttons that, when pressed, increase your score by a certain amount and can be done infinitely. Don't cheat and try to figure it out by looking at the code!

Child Abuser is what you get for fighting lolis.

About Aegis Reflector, I can understand making it accurate only VS Rajaa chars, but why not at least have it reflect a random effect with a predefined damage ?
I thought about that and ultimately didn't do it because of laziness.

Feedback:
- the neutral grab hitsound is not SF3 (if you use SF3 sounds);
- EX Chariot Tackle only says "Crush!" instead of saying "Hah! Crush!";
- all Chariot Tackles and the Tyrant Slaughter super art should use sound 200,230 (if you are using SF3 sounds);
- the Tyrant Slaughter custom state (for the enemy) should use sound 5100,1 when he/she/it hits the ground (if you're using SF3 sounds);
- the Tyrant Slaughter super art misses the sound at the end, for the last hit (to make it simple, the one Gill uses for his Cyber Lariat);
- the Tyrant Slaughter super art when he hits shouldn't push the enemy too forward, to make the last hit work right;
here is what I mean:

the last hit should almost always put the enemy in custom state (unless in air or far from Urien, you know when); I think this doesn't work because each shoulder charge pushes the enemy a bit too forward. Maybe it's just me.

- EX Metallic Sphere, all the basic Metallic Spheres and the Temporal Thunder super art don't use the correct hitsound (if you use SF3 sounds);
- the taunt sound when he hits the ground should be 5100,1;
- all Violence Kneedrop's hitsounds should use sound 200,330 (if you use SF3 sounds);
- the Target Combo forward medium punch -> forward strong punch should be also forward medium punch -> strong punch (without the forward);
- he doesn't have his characteristic sound when he guards;

- a very little detail, when I do crouch strong punch (and I make a two hit combo) I get 1000 points; in the DreamCast version I get 1600 points. Yes, I know, who cares, but anyway, I wanted to write it. Maybe there will be updates for it. I don't know.

MUGEN friction is what it is and I can't change that. I also can't seem to replicate that. Maybe the stage makes cornerpush kick in too early? I don't know. The hitboxes are right too.

The vels and hitvels are accurate when he's fighting himself.

Tyrant Slaughter should end with a lariat.
It does. But if the lariat misses, then it's just a regular hit.

I'm going to ask an important question.

Can I have a cohesive list of all the changes that occur when fighting a normal character?

Beyond the fact that a super is basically defunct of its original purpose..... in the next update you might as well make it universally reflect and just use metallic sphere cause right now that just seems incredibly lacking in function.

But are there truly grown men in this world?!

- the Aegis Reflector doesn't have a sound when it disappears.

I already updated the sounds for him. The metal guard sound only works with my characters, though. The ones that are still the same are intentional. I hope you're happy.

I wanted to put a sound for the end of the reflector, but I couldn't find the original sound anywhere. I'll just find some random sound for for the next update.

MUGEN being stupid again, I guess, because I'm 100% I made the first hit cancelable on the proper tick.

As I suspected, the correct tick is not correct in MUGEN because pausetimes are stupid in MUGEN and they break everything.

Should be fixed now.

In other news, he's been officially updated:

- Reflector now reflects generic projectiles when unable to be accurate.
- Reflector now guards against physical attacks.
- Fixed the canceling of the first hit of his elbow uppercut.
- Added appropriate sounds, including metal guard sound.
- Adjustments for AI.

Big Leap, Elena? Hmm... Twelve is very unlikely in my opinion. Since you said it's a dash, it could be Makoto, but "on the ambiguous side"...

I have no idea about the others, I would hazard to say Hugo and Poison for the second and Oro for the third but I'm probably wrong.

Aight I'm starting to think big leap could possibly be (aside from the mentioned)
Dudley (he dashes like in the hint but its not a leap) Hugo (Motherfucker does a big leap, but its not quite a dash) and ibuki (she does more of a flip but its kinda similar)
Only thing I can think of for Brown is Ibuki, cause she's a ninja in brown and ninjas leave behind little slips of paper with signs when teleporting and shit.

- During a parry, it does not detect a button press (other than a super or special input) until the time stop is over. I should be able to tech one move then immediately input down + hard punch and the move should come out.
- EX Aegis Reflector (2 buttons) does not combo for all 6 hits, should be the same as the other reflectors
- If you do a forward or back throw and the opponent lands into the aegis reflector, the opponent should juggle from the reflector after the ground bounce
- A weird bug that happens when I did crouching hard punch (one hit) canceled to Light Aegis Reflector. Hard to replicate consistently.


- Bug happens during my own input error when attempting this sequence:

Crouch Hard Punch xx Light Metallic Sphere xx Light Aegis Reflector

But the 2nd and 3rd input is done too fast causing the metallic sphere to not come out and the clone happens after the freeze.

Downloaded the version that is up right now.

The clone bug is no longer there, but doing the same action as before will produce an aegis reflector that will never disappear unless something hits it 6 times. You can tell this happens when the aegis reflector comes out faster than normal.

Every time I stare at the code I don't see any reason for that to happen. I hope I'm overlooking something and MUGEN isn't just stupid. Details later thanks.

That bug should be complete gone now. It was happening because the buffering the stun time would change certain values to the metallic sphere's values, but then another input of the command would constitute an aegis reflector.

In other words, you were doing this:

qcf+x -> qcf+x = metallic sphere at first, but the second qcf and the second x makes it aegis reflector, but with metallic sphere "level" values. It's technically MUGEN's fault for allowing that command to work for aegis reflector, but I was able to fix it since I already had custom buffering coded..

Please test it and see if anymore bugs happen. New download is up.

Great release! The accuracy is pretty impressive.
Only issue I've found is his dangerous headbutt not hitting certain characters (e.g. POTS Nash) but I'm guessing that's the draw back of accuracy on characters with a smaller y scale. Urien had a tight hit box for that special anyway.

Looking forward to SF3 apple..

Dangerous headbutt only hits standing opponents who are tall enough. It's meant mostly as a corner juggle tool, a low attack counter hit (sometimes), and a bootleg anti-air (if even that).

But,  plot twist! He will be accompanied by SF3 Hitmonchan and preceded by SF3 Kenji/Hauzer from Red Earth (as soon as JNP rips the sprites because lol Kong rips).

You know, I was wondering if maybe you didn't know about Kong's rips after you asked me. Then I went to look to see if there was a reason you didn't like them...

So, um... Kong does realize that for sprites to be useable they don't need 75%+ to have large portions cut off by going off screen. Right? How does one release such useless rips? It makes them even a waste of his own time!

Anyway, got the values needed to rip them. I've never even played this game till just now so I have a question to Rajaa or anyone that may know the answer. Is there any character/attack that uses scaling on just the character/attack? I know there is camera scaling but I don't need the whole screen to scale.
If not I'll just do the old school method of taking 2 shots for each frame and batch process putting the 2 together.

According to Mature4Evr's readme, the sprites are from leomon32 and WuWo, but IIRC he got those from CFJ, so there's probably shit missing, but then you have cool (?) shit like Midnight Bliss sprites.

Yeah, those rips are missing stuff from Red Earth because I compared theRed Earth sprites to Aokmaniac's CFJ rips a while back. =p\

I don't think there are moves that use scaling on just the character, but I'm not sure what you mean.  Whatever you think is correct is fine.

I left it out because it's mostly weird looking since the characters magically change to landing on their backs when they hit the ground.

What were the other choices?
First choice was Makoto and the third one was Ibuki.

As big an advocate as I am for Ibuki, GM already has a definitive SF3 version of her, so it's probably for the best that it was Yun or Makoto.  Looking forward to seeing your Kenji too.
If you're hosting your stuff on 4Shared, you might as well not release it at all.

He chains the first hit of EX Chariot Tackle into the Super Art. Try to watch the AI when he has more than 1400 of power (1 power bar + 1 EX move). I had to explain better before, I was in a rush.
