How do I change the position of the powerbar's counter number?

So I recently downloaded these Darkstalkers lifebars called [Lifebar1280] Vampire Savior by Phantom Blood. (Not sure how to insert links)

I've been trying to find a way to lower the counter numbers of the powerbars just as I did for the bars themselves but I just can't figure it out.



Can someone help me out? I'm using Mugen 1.1

Under the "[Powerbar]" line, search for:
p1.counter.offset = -108,6
p2.counter.offset = 109,6

Change these values.
