The new Sagat has new sprites for dash, hop back and some new recovery animations

He has a aerial tiger shot now.

His anti-air moves is now only Tiger Uppercuts instead of having two tiger blows and only one tiger uppercut. It's based on his post-SF2 age, btw.

His ground Tiger Shot is now a OTG special move.

Tiger Pressure has a HK firey variation who hits 4 times.

HP Tiger Uppercut causes incineration on the enemy

Tiger Genocide finishes with a tiger uppercut, which should be since the last version[And more closer to the SSF2X age]

Tiger Cannon has a different visual effect[and post-hit too, he sends the enemy far away]

His velocity has adjusted to the more accurate version of him on Zero 3 /CVS [Thanks Jesuszilla for the data], to make him more balanced between power and speed. It's Sagat afterall, making him to get speed up would make no sense xD


EDIT: A very "minus" thing, when you choose the alt secret palettes with Start, the afterimages during Hyper Combos will be different. It's based on how Capcom did with Sagat on Street Fighter Zero series [Only the first palette having pure blue afterimages, while choosing any other palettes the afterimage colors will be very different]
