I think the only H-Character I ever got was that Black Raiya edit and she had a super that forced the foe to suck her cock while classical music played.

Gets a lot of power back from his Metal Slug super. His other one gives back a bit too.

Also it's a bit weird for him not to have any real Gethits but I guess that's a limitation of the sprites.

Oh uh, a few of his other characters were updated too when this guy was released, for the curious.

EDIT: kinda neat that the whole basis of him is a Fallout 3 character. Gives this guy a Joker_SF feel.

Looks pretty interesting. I loved the dialogue all of the robots/Mr. Handy spoke in Fallout 3. So if that's the case here, this is a keeper in my book.

It's also nice to see Rei still releasing content. Thanks for sharing this find. :2thumbsup:

it is. in japanese, but what's to expect lol

very interestingly handled character btw, par course for the author that made chen and manute. the unguided missile is scary for one main reason; holding left and right propels him in the corresponding direction. meaning, if you manage to juggle with this (VERY possible in case you were wondering) it's pretty massively damaging

i can't tell if he's meant to be a boss character of sorts, tho. the superarmor and lack of blocking point to 'yes' but he does not have AI (then again none of his characters do)

either way digging the creativity in this
