the rainbow kind of doesn't fit to well. I know its rainbow mika but yeah other than that looks nice.

The text CWF ruins the whole depth of field effect for me, moreso than the rainbow design. Look at the walkway between the seats and you'll see there's a clearly defined vanishing point.
The words CAPCOM ARENA on the screens have a similar problem, not matching the angles of the screens.

There's also the issue of some elements being high res and some being low res... why

well make sure you keep the aspect ratio on the images you put in there because otherwise it's going to look bad. it's a good stage concept though
