For convenience sake, I went looking for Rise of Mana stuff and found a relatively decent model that can help with more details, if you need them (alternate colors though, but you get the idea):

I want to get the basic animation right before I move on to the other details you mentioned like the shoes slipping off
Also, based on that model, I don't think the jewellery stuff under her breasts would dangle

Understandable. That's the most important thing to take care of first after all. ^^

Yeah, it doesn't seem that way. In fact, it seems like it's tied into the clothes itself. Although it does show how her top wraps around her body under her arms, so there's that for reference

Now, from what I see:

*Neck still needs adjusted, but maybe I don't know how necks work in the end ha. I also don't know how much thinner it would get during the draining too.
*Still the one stray pixel near the mouth on frame #4.
*Ribs still need a bit more touch-ups done to it. Needs it on the right side of the shirt too. You could almost probably make it so that you can lightly see the entire ribcage through it during the last phase, like with Guile, Geese, or Balrog.
*The breasts could use a tad more touching up during the draining. The very last 2 frames are pretty much right outside of the ribs, and the grab sprite is fine, but getting from grab sprite to flat is the tricky part.
*Face MAY need a few more touch-ups here and there, but it's pretty close as it is
*Shading may need reworked a bit to define the body more during the draining. That could be worked on after taking care of the basic stuff though.
*Minor: Side of shirt could be more like in the model, where from the top of the shirt to where it runs downwards after the breasts/on the side of the breasts.

That's all I see really! It's almost fully done~ ^^

EDIT - For reference on what I mean with the shirt, and potentially more reference, here's something I SHOULD have posted in the first place, along with the site for her:

So I talked with Teaf...and he said he isn't going to use this Midnight Bliss for the character. Shame...but I suppose it can still be used as a patch much like Grizela (which he also said he wasn't going to use her Midnight Bliss or Sangue. I think he prefers to do his own without anyone helping). However, I wonder if anyone who knows paletting can help with adding these colors to Rucheca's palette files? That way, she would still be able to have these colors and the reference would work better (I do not know if all of these colors are in her character or not).

@Black Hatter: That will work very nicely! Glad you took the time to do that. Though were the skintones that were being used for the darkest skin tones not there in the actual palette? o.o??

And I'm going to assume that none of the colors that were being used in the Midnight Bliss were in the character palette at all, right? Ah well...I'll leave it up to you (or anyone else) if they want to whip up an ACT file that includes those colors from the Midnight Bliss in the character's palette (meaning that the pinks that are used in the Midnight Bliss would have to be added to Rucheca's current palette on all of her ACT files, and so on and so forth, if you don't know what I mean). It might take a while to do that, but up to you! I'll be having FastFlash work with what he has in the meantime and not worry about palettes for now. I'll adjust the palettes myself later with the current one you gave me if this option isn't done.

Not really, the darkest sin tone on the MB file you gave me were different than Rucheca's sprite, from which I took all the colors. ^_^

Good luck mang. :D

Ah, I see. Maybe that'll be something to let FastFlash fix up in the sprite whenever he gets to it at the very least. Thanks again for doing that palette though! ^^

Does it need anymore fixes? I fixed the neck and made it become thinner as the draining goes on and also edited the side of her shirt, and defined the ribs more on the last sprite:

Thanks for the colours, Black Hatter! =)

The neck probably doesn't get THAT thin in the end lol. I think how it is in the 2nd to last frame is as thin as a neck would get. Again, take a look at the SVC Chaos sprites from start to finish and see how theirs work. SVC Chaos is the best source for references for the draining after all~

The side of the shirt looks great now on the first sprite, though now the other frames look odd with how it looks there.

With the ribs, as with the neck, still need to reference the SvC sprites a bit more. They look much better now in the last frame, though they still need touched-up on. Of note from what I see, you don't actually start SEEING the ribcage until the second to last frame from what I can tell, and on the 4th frame (the 2nd drain sprite) is when they would be flat in that area.

Those are the only things. The neck and shirt are easy to fix. The ribs are always one of the harder things to deal with I find (lord, I spent forever trying to get them to look right in the last Midnight Bliss I did...), but that's probably the last hard thing to deal with! ^^

Are the ribs ok now?
I also fixed the neck and the side of the shirt

The ribs are fine now unless you want to do more details on them. That's up to you though, but as they are, they're fine. Neck is fine too.

Also, I noticed the bottom of the shirt in frames 4-6 have a weird...color issue there? Is that supposed to be part of the shirt but just isn't in the other frames or...?

So yeah, all that's left is that color issue and optionally adding more details to the ribs (those again are the hardest part. Frame 4 the breasts would still be flatter though) are all that's left unless you want to do any other fancy stuff like the shoes and whatnot. Oh yeah, and her bracers are missing the outlines too I noticed.

That colour issue was supposed to be the shading changing has the draining went along, but I guess it looks kinda weird so I will remove it =P
I'm going to try and do the shoes and then I can finally say it's finished! =D

Alrighty then! The shoes might be tricky, but at the very last frame it should wind up like Felicia's I feel. How you get to that point, I have no idea (does...any other character do that? I don't even know if SVC Chaos does it. @_@; ). I can understand not wanting to be more detailed on the ribs lol. But again, don't forget the details on the bracers too! You got them on the first frame only and not on any other frames~

I imagined the shoes would be problematic ha. If you don't want to do them, you don't have to, but up to you! As for the color issue, it looks like it's still there. Again, unless that's part of the bottom of her shirt and it's just missing in the first 3 frames~

Where is the colour issue? Do you mean at the bottom of the shirt or at the stomach area? 'Cause I can't see anything =P

This is what I'm referring to. Also, just noticed the...odd color issue on that sprite on the left, which is the only one to have it in that particular area on the pants. Huh.

EDIT - Of note, I COULD have easily fixed it. However, I didn't because I wanted to see if you'd notice the issues as well (though again, that one on the left side of the pants I never even noticed until I zoomed in, so even I won't catch everything ha). Sometimes just gotta look over everything real good to see if it's proportionate and fleshed out~

I'm currently in Portugal visiting my family, so I don't have much time to sprite and stuff
But I managed to find time to fix the sprite for, hopefully, the last time =P

Yup, that should do it~ So unless you really REALLY want to do the shoe slipping off, you can consider this done! Which means that you can try whatever you want next (unless you want me to pick something for you to try?) ^^
