OK so,

I unknowingly assigned 2 or 3 colors which appear on both on the skin and shirt of my character. I was wondering if there existed any tutorials that could help fix the issue, unless I have to physically redo the color fixes by hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If you are using Photoshop, you can use the function "Select > Color Range" with a tolerence of 0.  When the window pops up it will give you an eyedropper - click the problem color.  It should then select all pixels with that exact color.  I recommend then pressing Ctrl+Alt+R to Refine the selection, and make the contrast 100% (this will prevent any Anti-Aliasing issues).

You can then use lasso tool or whatever to remove the selection from one piece of clothing.  You can then fill the selection with a new color.
