So I've considered this for a while. Should there be any?
-
Most likely to make it in are Akuma, E.Ryu, and M. Zangief btw. Ex modes could also be alt sffs or source moves(Alpha 3 Chun-Li, Alt Morrigan sff, etc)
-
I voted "Yes, but only a few". Characters that have had a lot of iterations should totally have EX versions so players can play their favorite versions!
-
SFX has 2 Chun-Lis so I thought it should be mentioned(Alpha 3 non x-ism). I tend to make my exs quite a bit different from their normal selves
-
Well... this poll is pretty much over. "Yes" in some form is leading by a pretty large chunk. I might as well poll candidates :p
-
How do you plan on the accessibility of the EX characters? Would it go like holding Start whilst selecting certain characters like Ryu, (Evil Ryu) Akuma, (Shin Akuma) Zangief, (Mecha Zangief) etc? Or, they will be treated as separate characters with their own respective slot/spot at the character select screen?
-
They would be separate. Main reason being that some of them would have different sprite sets from the originals.
-
New poll
-
Violent Ken, Mech Zangief, Alpha Bison.
-
Ken, Akuma, Sakura.
-
If they are unnecessary, then don't add in any EX characters.
-
The battle is for 3rd at this point
-
I assumed Akuma would win, but he's not even top 4 lol. I forgot Morrigan's alt sff as an option. I doubt she could keep pace with the vote leaders though. Ill consider her as 'other'
-
Last chance to vote. I didn't expect the current leader to win

I'm going to make the ex guys have different movesets. So they will have alt supers. Bison will have a lv3 closer to his U1 or 2. Buff Bison gets the big psycho crusher from Alpha 3.
E.Ryu will be as close to 4 as I can without the system combos(fadc)
V.Ken will have a run type dash. Maybe even a full blown run. All 3 will have ex otgs
