If it's possible to let people choose themselves what they want to see or not, then give them the choice - it's better than having someone else decide for you anyway...
... and there are also people complaining about censoring at the board.So, an option for every user to choose sounds like a good compromise.

The word censor is now implemented as optional. By default it's activated, but you can disable it in your profile.Anyway abuse of language should be subject to warning.shit i did it
Personally, I think this a really good idea, although be warned that you will still get those people saying... "why was THIS censored", and "I can believe they can show THIS." It's a small price, but it is a very nice feature that will appease the masses, I guess.
