Mostly the CS. Froz made the color separation like so:

According to this post, @Froz: mentioned that he at least finished the basic separation, but I dunno how much further he got.

Other than what's shown, he moved on to different CS's (funny enough it was his CvS2 rival, Zangief that got the next one.) The one I would aim for would be B.
Also, two other things, the first is trying to decide what I should use for his Poison Breath and Flame Breath.
The second is how Raiden Bomber is presented. One gentleman has made it in the past as seen in this video:

^ Eh, reasonable. They could've at the very least made Raiden's beard the color of his stripes instead of his skin like his CvS art. (Well, one of them at least.)

Well, perfect varint would be both separated into two colors...

Look at the waist, look at the kneepad, directly under the chin, right & left shoe all can use some cleaning. Stray pixels jumping about. Note that in source games it may be like this, but no harm done making it look better. No point in adding that extra shade imo, unless it's for a design, try a pal with it, otherwise match it with the red you've already used aka fill the gap.

Raiden has the shade for his shoe, as Trololo has stated.

Anyway, fixed most of it. I want to make sure that it's just okay. Will fix when I get to them, I just want them to be okay.

You are the one doing it. Whatever quality is up to you. For a first CS it's already pretty extensive, borderline excessive. Good luck with it, don't give up. One part at a time.
