he's still a beta though not so accurate to the sf4 gameplay and have some Missing sound/bad sprites rip so yeah needs more work a bit.

Not USF4 at all. Why label it USF4 if it isn't even remotely close to it? Were you fooled by the picture? Because those powerbars come from the screenpack.

He was joking (notice he struck the F in SF EX) but to be correct Allen comes first from SFEX, then it was used in Fighting Layer. These sprites come from there, if that's what you meant, in which case you're right.

Just tested, yeah the sprites rip are not good like dragon972 Batsu. But holy cheese?! That giant icon and his portrait is HUGE!!!
Overall average char, just needed a good icon and portrait for him.
