It's back yet again and better than ever. I have recently got myself a new computer with 6gb of video memory so recording and running mugen is much easier this time. The format is going to be much the same as previous tournaments with life 300% and 200 time, I was thinking on going for 32 single teams for this tournament though do send in two teams for now.

Small or Chibi characters will be upscaled to around the size of shovelkinght by roysquadrocks, unless it's a souce accurate fighting game character (e.g. iggy, choi, etc.)
No Characters preforming Infinites
No Characters that their AI starts before the round starts
Characters whom happen to resurrect will have their lifeadd or life set value set to 1000
The previous grand champion of the last tournament can't participate in this tournament
Make sure your characters work in mugen 1.1
Tell me or provide links to characters, and AI patches you want me to use
Characters who are applicable will have their AI's automatically load up
Make sure your characters have ai please

Team added, though I do need you, Jeymis Peixoto, Paulo Ricardo, and WlanmaniaX to provide a second team. Also Strider Gunstar, and youngsteralexa have characters without any AI to them. Even though I intend to try and 32 people with single teams, if we can get 16 with two teams I'll still be good with that. (I'll just have to make sure that a same persons teams don't meet up with each other... though I could also do an east and west division for each persons teams)

Nice I'll add the team to the document soon, though Kamineko doesn't have to much of an AI to it. Maybe another character with better AI would be suit.

Changed character. I have yet to get response from wlanmaniaX and youngsteralexa (I have pm'ed them both on here), though considering that youngsteralexa hasn't logged in since October of last year I might just have to give her team members to replace the ones needed.

Double post lol, but anyways I've replaced Wlanmania's team with Patrick Estêvão's teams. I'm still waiting for a response Strider Gunstar again (though if Strider waits for too long I might just give a character for Strider)

Sometimes I just hate balancing this shit, though considering what she was up against I can see why. Considering Team TYSS, even if it doesn't break any rules it's a bit much for this tournament (even I have a point where I think a team is too much)

Also, yeah. Deciding who's eligible for inclusion for a tournament in MUGEN of all games is particularly tricky. If I ever try holding another (I'd certainly like to, but my last attempt was rather slow to fill and I had to pull a bunch of friends in), I'm thinking of cracking down a little harder on who's acceptable.

Yea It is a bit hard trying to balance this tournament, though I sort of made it somewhat loose with the rules but I feel if I made this super strict as well it would end up as a Pick-X-by-Y-to-win scenario. (though considering the variety I've had with this tournament and the endurance aspect of it with the extended life, I doubt that would come to be) Also getting participants is hard as well though this year was pretty fast compared to others.
Concerning what happened in the video, Testament has something with his AI that hits the opponent after the intro for what I believe is to adjust variables and Xehrnyth didn't take lightly to that. I have sent a IM to bass30655 about his team (bass30655 other team is fine if you're wondering) just to redo it.

Unfortunately all the slots are full man but maybe next time. (though Patrick Estêvão is using your version of link, so theirs that) Oh boy, upon what I have recorded so far (and this is just the west division) there are some good ass matches and some teams that I didn't think would go as far as they did. Just waiting Strider Gunstar to give me a new 4th member to his team then I can continue upon the east division.
