BlackChaos and his Streetfighter Alpha 4 project.
Falchion22 and his Streetfighter characters.
Green and his creations.
Adamskie and his creations.

I'm not sure about BC, but as I know, Falchion many years has retired and Adamskie appears once every various years with some new character or collaboration with other japanese creator. And about Green, the last time he posted was in 2010, so I think he dissapeared :-\

The only reason I ask about Adamskie is because his characters don't have snd files hence they don't work in new Mugen.

Adamskie creations do have sound AFAIK. Probably two DLs to do : one file with code+SFF, one with the sound, probably due to shitty host.

Yeah, in those times didn't exist file hosting or DD as we know now, creators have to upload their creations in the same webhosting, which in 99% of cases were free and with a few space to download... so, you've to download the 2 compressed files to get the char: sound was one and all the other files (def, cns, cmd, air, act) was the other one

Cheers for the help.

Just hard to keep track on Mugen when half the creators who were around when I was last properly active seem to have vanished leaving half finished characters.
