There's also the Gradient tool on FF's palette editor (choose the brightest color, then pick another color and it blends well).  I used both that and Photoshop for FX color sampling.

Gradient tool might need a bit of experience to get proper results.
^ Do this, this is the absolute easiest and fastest way, AND it delivers the best results once you fully understand how it works and how to operate it

You won't get any experience without taking any initiative, your overrated overly praised author PotS wasn't born experienced

All this talk about FX colors being hard to edit makes me laugh.  Use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro like the pros do.

Also, Jmorph, if you're stuck waiting on those Kyo sprites, why not just finish off Ken if you have his sprites?
I'm not stuck waiting on any of Kyo's sprites. Some will be added later (hopefully), but it won't hold back the release.

Working on the special moves now. Yami Bari is done.

But I'm really posting to thank Jesuszilla and Crazy Koopa. JZ translated some of this, which will help me on the some of the EX moves. Crazy Koopa has been very patient with my multiple effects requests and has done an excellent job with them.

Jmorphman makes characters for both versions of Mugen. You should consider at least trying out Mugen 1.0 though. It runs a lot better than Winmugen.

I have both but mugen 1.0 plays slower than winmugen. I dont know why though :(

Do you run it on HD?
You can have mugen 1.0 have a resolution of 640x480.
Just like winmugen plus.

I run it on 640x480. But as I've said. I have both but 1.0 lags for me SOMETIMES and winmugen plus plays smoothly (except when it crashes). But it's no problem :)

Most of the special moves are done, I only have Oboro Guruma and Aoki left. Then after that is the supers. So expect a beta in a couple of days, or, at most, a week or so. Release will probably be on Christmas if all goes well.
