A small rework to make playing Airman more enjoyable as well as more Airman-ish.

Changelogs:
- Removed weapon system. Air Man =/= Rockman.
- Added a new intro.
- Added new voice pack.
- Air Shooter now behaves similar how it works in Megaman 2.
- Added 2 new hypers.
- Added trait skill: Blow Away.
- Added 2 new specials: Air Tornadoes and Blowing Wind.
- Updated with hi-res hitsparks and effects.
- Added special BGM when fighting against Rockman.
- Damage dampen's added.
- Supported UNO Tag System.

Tag system:
Start - Partner assist
z+c - Tag in/Tag out
D,DF,F,z+c - Tag Team Hyper

Traits:
- Blow Away - D,DF,F,c: Blow opponents and any Air Tornadoes or Air Shooter’s whirlwinds away. Air Tornadoes can deal damages while being blown away. Has 6-second cooldown.

Normals:
X - Weak.
Y - Medium
Z – Hard
f.Z – Air Shooter (GA): Shoot 3 small whirlwinds that spread out and rise upward that deals damage and pushes opponents away.
A - Dash
B - Throw (can be teched by opponents)
C (G) – Launcher (can be jump-canceled)
C (A) – Air Kick: cause hard knock down when used during air-combo.

Specials:
Air Tornadoes (D,DF,F,x/y/z) (G): Shoot 6 small whirlwinds that last 10 seconds in a randomized pattern. The whirlwinds can’t be destroyed or damage opponents by themselves. When being enhanced by Airman’s special moves, the whirlwinds can deal damage and cause untechable knockdown. Can have 6 max whirlwinds available on the stage.
Blowing Wind (D,DF,F,x/y/z) (G): Create a tornado that can damage, push opponents into mid air while pushing any whirlwinds into the air. The tornado’s location is depended on the strength of the button. Cause techable knockdown. Can hit OTG.
Tornado Helix (D,DB,B,x/y/z) (GA): Summon 2 tornadoes on the ground that move around Airman’s location. Has 7 frame non-throw invul start-up when using on the ground. Can hit OTG, destroy projectiles and push whirlwinds into the air. Disappear when Airman is hit.
Hypers:
D,DF,F,D,DF,F,x/y/z – Wind Zone (LV1) (G): Create a giant pillar of winds that can push whirlwinds into the air and damage opponents. Can hit OTG. The tornado’s location is depended on the strength of the button.
D,DB,B,D,DB,B,x/y/z - Wind Surfing (LV1) (G): Counter attack. Cost 500 power per use, when the counter is successful, another 500 power will be spent. If move connects, Air Man will propel himself forward with a huge tornado, damaging opponents and blowing away all whirlwinds on the stage.
D,DB,B,D,DB,B,x+y/y+z/z+x - The Undefeatable Airman (LV3) (GA): Has start-up invul. The video will show the rest. Not affected by damage dampen.

I have a question, but is there any reason why some of your characters including Airman is for 1.1 only when the original characters were never for it? I should have asked that earlier with Crashman, but the topic completely went chaotic regarding the author's name and such so I never got around asking. I would love to try out the character, but I never knew it was for 1.1 until I downloaded it so I can't use him. I wish you clarify the topic so people don't share disappointment on why the character doesn't work.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

Oh, that's because some of my edits use zoom feature (which is only available on MUGEN 1.1) for superpause. Since there are actually some requests for my edits to get downgrade to 1.0, I will work on these cases (with both Crashman and Airman) as soon as possible (likely tomorrow).

Update:
- Reworked damage dampen system.
- Added more effects.
- Added Taunt.
- Air Special attack always causes hard-knockdown against airborne opponents.
- Fixed a glitch that makes throw unable to be teched in Simul Mode.
- Air Shooter now causes untechable knockdown.
- Blowing Wind now causes untechable knockdown.
- Now can perform Tag Delayed Hyper.

Update:
- Downgraded to MUGEN 1.0.
- Reworked CLSN.
- Added new Hyper portraits.
- Fixed all debug floods.
- Fixed several Tag issues.
- Fixed a glitch that makes P2 Airman tag-out after Air Shooter.
- Fixed a glitch that makes Tornado Barrage unable to cancel into Hypers.
- Tornado now can be whiff-canceled from any Specials.
- Adjusted hitpause on all normals.
- Jump Special's ground hittime increased to 25f.
- d.Z juggles opponents higher.
- d.Y recovery increased by 3f.
- Air Shooter now causes hard knockdown.
- Air Shooter's damage reduced from 30 to 20.
- Air Shooter's damage scaling changed from 0.9 to 0.975.
- Blowing Wind, Tornado Barrage, Tornado now cause hard knockdown.
- Tornado Barrage now pulls opponents in if they get hit.
- Wind Zone juggles opponents higher.
- Egotistic Wind now has damage scaling, proper hitsounds and hitsparks.

I'm pretty sure I understand, but unlike most of your other edits, the intended version to use for Airman is 1.0 from now on? Is it going to be like that with the rest of your edits from now on as well, or just with Airman? Thank you also for the update by the way. I'm a huge fan of your work and greatly appreciate how you are constantly perfecting them and ironing out all the bugs and glitches. The only downside is I don't usually bother adding them to my roster until I notice a long break in one of the characters update sprees, which isn't even a downside. It just means the character is most likely bug free at that point and plays as you intended by the time I do add them to my roster.

Yes, Crashman is going to receive a similar update eventually.
And to your question, I have finished Shadow Man and other multiple Robot Masters. I just don't find enough motivates to release them since their qualities aren't up to date, especially when comparing with my recent works.

- Fixed a glitch which makes P4 unable to tag out.
- Now has 10% minimum damage scaling.
- Now starts a match with 1000 power.
- "Wind Zone"'s start up reduced by 10f.
- "Wind Surfing"'s start up reduced by 12f.
- "Tornado Helix"'s block damage reduced by 2.
- All normals are now air-blockable.
- s.X now hits low.
- s.Z now causes knockdown to airborne opponents.
- d.Z now can OTG.

I'm doing a mass update currently to fit with a certain new character I'm going to release so Crashman is definitely up next :p
