Separation is done (still gotta do error-checking and reorder the color table, but that's all minor), so it's about time to start putting together the template. But to do that, I'm gonna need to get the effects all sorted out, and there's a problem: the separation is so big and expansive that there's not enough room for all the effects!

... sorta. There's 128 slots left, and since I generally have my FX use 64 slots, that would mean two different sets of FX colors. But King has three: Venom Strike/Secret Mirage, Tornado Kick/Trap Shot, and Silent Flash!!!

There's a couple of options here. I could pick two to put in the color table, and leave the other unshared (this would probably be the Tornado Kick/Trap Shot effects, because those all consist of single frames that aren't on screen for very long, and they don't change colors depending on King's palette, like the Silent Flash effects do). Or I could reduce the color count to fit all three in the table. Or I could even force the Tornado Kick/Trap Shot effects to use the Silent Flash colors, since they're both purplish.

I'll probably go with the first option, but the second option is probably the most "sensible" because everyone is gonna be all like "no one can even tell the difference between a 64 color effect and a 48 color effect", or some such nonsense. And I say screw that!
