Title: Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit Lifebars

Lifebars adapted for 1.0 with localcoord = 640,480.
You can play with it on other res but you probably don't see powerbar.
Except that, nothing new.
New portraits pack coming soon.

Awesome, I completely forgot about these lifebars, but since I've been replaying it lately this couldn't be better timing. Thanks for the 1.0 update!
