After going over a few things, my main issue at this point is mostly with Zelgadis' attitude and decision making rather than towards the game itself. The most obvious one I think is his decision to make only one initial release with no bug fixes/patches/updates what-so-ever. The fact that he's deleting the posts of those who report these bugs doesn't make it any better. Despite enjoying his work at times, even I must admit that his attitude is extremely awful on these matters.

The absolute worst thing about this though is that this game has so much damn potential. Mostly due to the edited/original-sprited versions of Krizalid with his 2001 appearance and Sinobu Amou. What I think a lot of people have noticed at this point though is that the game's AI is too difficult to handle for most casual players, ESPECIALLY when one gets to the bosses (which once again, excell beyond SNK Boss Syndrome).

Not only did Zelgadis bring back the Clone Boss' infinite power guage (which people complained about even in the first game), he upped their AI as well. Hell, people are even complaining in the original thread that the bosses are still too cheap, but at this point it's unlikely he's going to fix any of the issues. I seriously don't even want to think about what his third game is going to be like at this point. If he just straightened out his attitude and actually acknowledged these problems, then maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

Also, if anyone finds out the pass for Kung Fu Girl in this game, please post it. I'd personally give you a gold medal for doing so if I could (the proceedure for unlocking her is almost insane).

Although I'll believe that when he concurs the english language.

yes that all im saying. im pretty sure my game will turn out good. alot of people will hate alot will like thats how the world is. so it dont bother when people talk crap

look all im saying is that he could of done better with the chars. i really liked his kofm game before thgis one even my friends use to play it everyday. but this one has lots more bugs. i was hoping for more chars also. im doing my best to fix all bugs with chars in my game. im not trying to be rude but it dont seem that he a true kof fan like me. if he did he would of made it more better. thats all im saying peace

sad to say man this kofm sucks all these months man he could of done better like my mugen kofxi ultimate which is w.i.p. only thing i like is some of the stages and white k.o screen from the real game. and guys he use some of his chars and plus other author chars mainly tested all of them. all he did was edit them to his liking same thing im doing but more smoother gameplay. im not impressed. i rather play kofz. oh i like his new char naomi

Several days ago, KOFZ received another update. Unfortunately, not only did MUGENGuild's own problems prevent anyone from posting a link here, but the update itself was a bit rushed; some of the 'new' characters don't have proper KOFZ Menu-screen portraits - if they have them at all - , and XI Yuri is missing her SF4 Force-Attack-esque attack. (Every character in KOFZ is supposed to have one.) Oh, and in order to play as Hanzo without crashing the game, you have to copy any .ini file, and rename the copy as 'Hanzo'. And lastly, Athena is not only selectable via her on-screen portrait, (as usual, so no problems there,) but you can also go off-screen and select the same exact version. --;

All that said, aside from that one problem with XI Yuri, all of the characters are perfectly playable; Yuri, (2 versions,) Rugal (3 versions,) Chin, Malin, Angel, and Hanzo&Fuma from World Heroes and NGBC. (Some of these characters are off-screen, and their Menu-icons are still greyed out, another indication of the somewhat rushed job.)

You can download both files that you'll need at the links below, and thankfully, you don't have to login to Mugenchina this time, nor do you have to use Rayfile. (Keep in mind that you have to have downloaded the core game in the first place for this update to work. And don't forget the small updates from last summer.)

yo man good job on these chars man so far i only download rose and bison and im very impressed. is there a screenpack made for these chars? and i tested them in hires winmugen and they worked fine. but i thought you said they only work for mugen 1.0. but good job. and rose has a bug when you pick groove b and run and grab she does the animation but they dont get grab try it. but man im gonna download all your chars!!!

No, I'll not. It's not possible to make all the stages unless someone rip the sprites. And I don't have that much time.

***Fei Long is made for 1280x720 px, but if you play at other res(1280x840 or 1280x1024 px), just open option.txt and set the var(29) to match your resolution, so the powerbar and other texts are correctly placed.

***If you want to remove the powerbars, set the var(31) = 0, in the option.txt.

Fei Long is downsized to match other mugen characters, but if you wish to play him at full size, just copy (and replace) the files at the feilong_fullsize folder, to the main char dir, just don't forget to create a backup first!

The palettes are not perfect because the sprites has some dots using the wrong colors.

He has no AI, like my other chars, so it would be great if anyone could help.

Haven't downloaded it yet, but i'll give it a try I guess. Still haven't seen a Washizuka that is worth a download, hopefully this is.
yo trust me him and moriya is good only thing is they dont seem to have a hidden move. but gameplay is perfect!!! best two last blade chars kof style in mugen right now

hey nice kof chars man keep up the good work. i really like all of them but for terry and iori it would be good to add orochi iori and  with terry to add all his move from all kof just like you did with kyo. but a small request i would like to see you do more chars from kof soon in the future. oh and im really impressed with what you did with the two last blade chars but only down fall is that they dont have a hidden move but nice chars peace!!!
