I thought you were saying that because of the scan that has Goku vs Jiren except we already have Goku Blue.
I'm actually not expecting a UI Goku because I'm sure they know there's too many of him already. They probably could if they had to, but so far I'm not expecting it. I'll wait for a couple more reveals to figure out which direction this pack is going.

It's missing Tapion, another sword wielding character would fit nicely in the roster.
Majin Vegeta and SSJ4 Goku isnt needed everyone else is fine if this leak seems to be true.
I also wish Toppo was added, he would fit well to be a god of destruction like Beerus but maybe thats asking for too much.

Their is five dlc characters if you count the middle section hopefully. I still think the game needs another new character in the main roster.

because some look pixelated while others look blurry...

The original npc sprite size are smaller than the actual background or what was shown in source. The developers may have upscaled the npc sprites by coding which winmugen+ or mugen 1.0 doesnt have so i had to upscale them slightly myself.

Great work!
Some suggestions:
- I don't know if its possible but i can't seem to add a section into the def file? I can only add a property into a section that's already given if i was to start a new def file.
- The program could use tabs in my opinion, if a person was to work on more than one stage def file at a time.

I would keep my winning a secrecy. Then i would invest in something so i wont go back to being broke. Other than that i would live my life normally and i would still keep my job like a smart person. More income the better.
