A patch for JFCT555's SP-Shingo Yabuki.
The patch fixes the bug in which 'Gettyu' and 'Kototsuki Mikansei' put a lot of characters in a invalid state that caused delayed knockdowns or freezing the opponent.  Just replace the old Shingo-S file with this new one
