Because I was bored to hell and back today, I did this. I looked through all of my Touhou stuff for both my site and for this database, since well...it certainly doesn't have most of these. Unfortunately, not everything is signed so I can't say much on those...hope this helps ya out! Dunno if you can even find most of em anymore though...some were exclusive to Muvluv...

Seeing your list, it reminds me, that onyl about 75% of all chars have been made.
And sadly, there are still chars, that NEEDS to be MUGENized, but aren't.
But yeah, I'm derailing now, here is my current list of MM chars that you have missed:

There exist 2 Special versions of Rugal who are not on the side yet.

The first one is Omega Rugal by ahuron, its a mix of differend Rugals with 98/2002 Sprites that are edited to look like his topless incarnation from Kof 95 complete with a cybernetic hand, but with moves from from later Omega Rugal versions, unfortunately the original one is offline but there exist a XI/UM version by Mr.Karate and some other edited and updated versions of this Char, that are easy to find if you the users know that they exist.

I don't know it is already reported but the MK Recreated Fighters page has Japanese writings in it.

In the "Intro & Roster" thread you should find more info about it. I say yes, his chars should be included in your KOF list, IMO

Nunor basically include finished chars to the list, those ones with incomplete stuff (no sound, lack of MUGEN basics, missing sprites, KFM sprites in the SFF, etc) aren't considered for the list, it hasn't to do if the chars are bad/crap/shitty or not

thanks for the battle monsters section! and a bit of clarification that 'mvc makaryudo' link is just a silly voice patch i made for dxwho's character (which was not mvc-styled) as a jab towards the loads of mvc3 voicepacks that were coming out at the time. the actual character isn't online anymore. other than that looking good

Are you sure?? I talked a lot with him in spanish and even he told me he was from Mexico but he talks portuguese, too. I'll talk to him and ask about it to confirm
