My plan was to save my 2nd vote for some other time (after gained more knowledge about the chars I never heard of), but it seems I can't vote anymore at all now :(

Dark Eternal champion by Supermystery. If you haven't tried him, do so. He deserves some attention. ;) He's MUGEN  1.0 only though.

Maybe in the future characters of the month we should have separate sections for MUGEN 1.0 and winMUGEN since the two games are about as different as night and day in some cases.
