I basically tested his AI to see if it was more fair and balanced compared to the last SF3 Evil Ryu. I'm pretty pleased with how much more fair he is. I'll probably play as him to see how well he handles later.

The Only Complaint I have is He uses every hadouken too muchLike the dejin or regular One but still kool ai I almost Killed him this time!!

well i base my understanding of higher speed not only in cvs shin gouki, gouki himself is faster than ryu and ken in mvc, cvs too, or thats the feeling i get, tough comparing timings of basic gameplay my ryu isnt rly faster than a regular ryu, most of his timings are sf3 ryu xcept for a couple which are sf3 gouki neways...now for anime, sfa movies, mangas etc ryu does seem to get faster when he goes evil, he can dodge stuff he usually doesnt, he uses longer combos blah blahi guess all this translated into ryus comboability rather than his speed in motions and recovery timings which as i said are mostly sf3
Ryu is faster when he is evil, take cvs for example, he throws hadokens much faster, he has faster recovery times, and his speed is slightly better, and as for akuma, he is faster than ryu and ken, kens hurricane kick just spins faster
