Can anyone tell me the best way I can use my logitech game pad with IKEMEN ?

I have no idea how to get it to work I tried JOY2KEY and have no clue how assign the controller to game and the same goes for antimicro I assigned the buttons but have no clue how to make it work with the game , why can't IKEMEN just be compatible and easy to assign controllers like I can with Mugen.
