As i said to Douchebag with Shades i cannot sprite but i`ll ask for Chuchoryu for these sprites. I did not think about this. Maybe i can add an EX version of Tanden Engine (I dont know if in the source game seth have an Ex version of this move). About the custom combo, i dont know, but its possible. My first intention was only change few things on this char, not a big chang. But i like the idea of Custom combo!

Whats the difference between normal and EX tanden Engine? It`s only the range???
EX Tanden Engine also leaves P2 in more hitstun, allowing combos that weren't otherwise possible like EX Tanden Engine--c.HP. It costs an extra piece of meter in source, so you might want to keep that in mind.
I think you should put NotHitBy state on EXPiledriver Attempt (when grab opponent) and Yoga Teleport (when prepare to teleport). They are interrupted by hit easily.
EXPiledriver Attempt is quite useless when you play Simul mode.
Well Capcom's original Seth moveset had mostly the well known moves of the original SF2 cast (Shoryuken, Hyakuretsukyakyu, Sonic Boom, Piledriver, Dhalsim arms) so I'd say using SNK's most well known characters would be best. Maybe something from Kyo, Iori, Terry, Ryo, Mai and Athena.
I say make his SNK moveset have the SNK equivalents to his normal mode's moves. For example:
-Sonic Boom=Yami Barai
-Shoryuken=Genocide Cutter
-Tanden Engine=Tanden Engine
-Yoga Teleport=Athena's Teleport (whatever it's called)
-Spinning Piledriver=Argentina Backbreaker
-Spin Kicks=Jaieken

For when the next update, and please if you can add the second and third shoryuken, Chuchoryu was offered to make the sprites of second shoryuken, and I found that less and mid shouryuken can use infinite.

Im glad to see that you fixed this character, I was considering doing this myself one day, but you just made me skip the fixing and just have fun playing it.
you know how I converted lots of sprites into character pallete?
First I took someone's Urien, made pallete to make him be just like Seth's, saved the sprites as new pallete and inserted into indexed PCX file, after that just edited head and removed pants. You can do the same with custom sprites too.

I like what I'm seeing in this thread.
I know this usually isn't suggested just like that, but ... have you guys considered trying to ask Balthazar or Diepod for this edit? They're both great at lineart in reasonably similar styles.
With clean muscle/pose lineart anybody could do shading for it, and it shouldn't turn out to be too hard.
