When Shredder is beaten it tends to linger sometimes. Like something is supposed to happen but it doesn't.
This doesn't happen when he's beaten in his super form.

might be cuz of the aforementioned computer problems he's having and it might be a slight bit rushed out as a result, but yeah i'm getting that feeling tooI don't think that has anything to do with computer problems. Krang has been mostly finished for months, maybe a year even. Then Dcat started on Shredder and kept on adding stuff again and again. There's definitely more love in Shredder than Krang, but it doesn't have anything to do with PC problems.
P.S. on the second thought, this may be intentional, because otherwise it would be impossible to defeat him with a turtle, for example. He spams a lot of supers and projectiles, so the only way you can beat him up a little bit is like this. I wonder if it was intentional.
For some reason I can't open the config file. Don't know that format since it isn't a .txt.
There's also a bit of a bug when Guile uses the super that zooms into him on Krang (might just be an issue with Krang's liedead state, but it doesn't seem to happen with other characters with the same feature, like GM's Ryu):There seems to be a few times the liedead state is buggy. Maybe a way to toggle the special lose pose on or off would be good?

People, dont post gifs in release threads that arent related to the actual character. specially macros and things like dance gifs, not everyone is using fast internet connections and it kills the velocity at which the pages load. Same reason why you are not supposed to have heavy gifs in sigs.
Great release Dcat, I will repeat my feedback from before, whenever you accidentaly do qcf kick ( for which shredder has no move ) the kick doesnt come out.
I can't explain it, but the comboing for Krang bugs me. It's very quick, but oddly stiff.

Something else to consider-the AI for Shredder and Krang is only too happy to fire Level 1s all day although there's AI to throw Level 3s if it gets there. By default it likely never WILL because it will never save up. I understand, since most people don't bother with such expensive moves. Even so, it's disappointing in a way.
I'm pretty sure he builds meter slow BECAUSE of Super Shredder mode. I use him all the time against my roommates and he doesn't need fast meter gain.
1.) Because his normal supers cost 1 Bar
2.) I find his combos/ex moves are more useful than standalone supers unless comboing into them.
awesome chars. but could you please add an option to disable the pushblock in your next update? at least Krang can be quiet annoying sometimes, when you play against him

Why does Foot Storm take more meter than it should? For a couple of Foot Soldiers that appear, they take 500 power. Appears to happen twice. Overlapping, perhaps?

Since you are back updating your characters, let me just tell you something I noticed with Shredder: when the opponent is affected by his Retro Mutagen ray and they try to jump backwards, they'll play the "crouching" animation instead of the "jump start" animation (at least for the normal ground version. I haven't tried the flying one). I have a feeling this may not be intentional.

Get it hereYeah, well, sorry to bring bad news, but now it seems that the "jump start" action is completely skipped during backwards jumps, but the "jump start" animation is now played during the backwards jump itself instead of the normal jumping animation. aha. so galsia was canceled? well he didn't do much, he was like a training dummy when he was in the skate video as I remembered.

Does not happen to me... Tested it by controlling Shredder and against AI Shredder.
Yeah, you can change that in the config file. ;D That´s why I have a normal Shredder & a Super Shredder in my roster.
