Title: Sunset Shimmer updates (3/7/2018)

Evil Sunset Shimmer and Friendship Games Sunset Shimmer got updated today, so they're gameplay is more akin to KoF 2002UM among other many fixes.

Update log (Evil Sunset Shimmer):

1. Impvoved CLSNs and priority.
2. Improved frame advantage.
3. Added frame recovery flags.
4. Improved I'm Not Done with You Yet! DM.
5. Improved some sprites.
6. Made she-demon form's animations improved.
7. Made stereo sounds mono.
8. Added a couple of aesthetic stuff, like the shoot effect  on Counter Flame's fireball shooting.
9. Added ground and air Blowback normals.
10. Fixed some bugs.
11. Added Vans' KoF cornerpush system.
12. Made the push back in non-corner similar to KoF's.

14. Stand Light Punch was given slightly more range.
15. Added SDM, Phoenix Flash.
16. Added Throw Escape.

Eh. At least they are not moonwalking anymore. That's pretty much all the positive stuff I can say about this.
