Don't think I'm a fan of Doki Doki, but I think you will all agree with me, that Monika by FourthRhyme, being an absolutely unique piece of MUGEN, is CotM this time.
The second vote goes to Sir Crocodile by Gladiacloud & Kenshiro99 for, pretty much, the same reasons, being custom sprited and all...

Ragna by OHMSBY is obiviously the best one I have ever tested on MUGEN so 1 vote for that. Also, Reimu by Rice deserves 1 vote as well.
