No Omega mode
Has 2 modes though.
Normal mode is UM-based with some other arrangements (HK Genocide Cutter moves forward a bit and other such small changes to make him better)
Hold start and you get a straight port of his OG '98 version, without any of the new cancels from UM

This Rugal is pretty good, it retains all his cancels as mentioned and you can do his combos pretty consistently like I used to do in 98UM. I also really enjoy the buffs, I'd reccommend this to any 98 Rugal player.
Hope he makes an actual Omega Rugal mode or a version :}
