Could someone link me a working WinMugen download?

On the left side it says "Download Mugen" thats for average WinMugen Plus (Supports Hi Res characters/stages)

I was looking for the old version.I heard that many of the older characters aren't compatible with Mugen 1.0,right?

99% chars of win mugen is work properly on 1.0 (while 1% are not reason base on the coding)

just some character wont work in 1.0 all character i download has been worked in 1.0
