I'm pretty sure it was covered right here...felineki said, October 07, 2013, 10:30:48 amnin_akira said:Ah, now I remember. That was, again, leftover from when we were experimenting with juggle combos, and forgot to remove the hitboxes on one frame.(In reference to Champion Edition Dhalsim's juggle glitch.)

Its fucking awesome to see us get a shout out!! I'm so sharing that page with all of my friends.Keep the quotes rolling in!!
Wow, I ought to get to translating more! I think I'll add some of the Final Fight trivia today since I have yet to do any of it.
Street Jesus said, October 28, 2013, 07:36:13 pmGood. This topic deserves the attention it's getting.THISAbsolutely. It's always a pleasure to hear about the behind the scenes stuff, especially for such a well renowned game. Also, back when SF2 came out, we didn't have DVDs/Blu Rays with commentary or access to the net like we do today. Shit, I remember thinking how cool it was to communicate with people through FTP chat servers and talking to people with FAQs that they printed while at the arcade. The guy who had all of the MK3 moves printed out was that awesome guy. Everyone talked to that awesome guy.Because he had the internets.Nowadays, Wiki this or Google that. To hear Nishitani speak out about this stuff is like finding a treasure trove of riches. Or maybe he is doing all of this now because Capcom secretively wants hype for Ultra SFIV

that's silly nothing felineki does is pointlesshe does it for the peopleon that note if those mechanics were implemented earlier holy shit would sf2 be even more ahead of its time
Added some Final Fight anecdotes regarding points for dropped weapons, time limits, gum, birthdays, rare difficulty spikes and drops, Muramasa blades, and Engrish spellings with unfortunate implications.
