AFAIK, he only works with comissions and I don't plan on spending money on that. It's also no big deal for me, not something I'd die for, if I can do it, nice, if I can't, it's fine too.
Also Mika is not priority now, I'm focusing on Sakura.
As for the progress on Sakura, it's going good. I work slowly and sometimes I'm lazy but don't worry lol. I like to pay attention to every detail.
Yesterday I noticed the sff I was using was missing sprites, and the ones in there were misaligned. I realigned them using the sprites with axis by Insanius as reference (which took way too long, more than I expected), now I need to insert the missing sprites and CS them.
The code for both Normal and Dark mode is almost done. She is missing one super on each mode, AI, and the finishing touches like intros, win quotes and so on. I'll drop the current move list for both modes later if you guys are interested.

One thing I should mention, even if both modes have mostly the same moves, they have different properties, so no worries.

About Hadosho, I suggest you use far MP as a base for the pose to edit. instead of her hadoken pose.

As a competitive CvS2 player, I must stress the importance of how top tier this girl is in CvS2. Mainly her roll cancel hadouken, roll cancel tatsu, and last but not least.... SHOSHOSHOSHOSHOSHOSHO

My only tweak would be in binding of opponent. (Even if I'm pretty sure it's still WIP)
I would adjust Sakura position to stomp a bit closer to upper body of opponent. So she actually stomp the chest too.

I have started the next thing on my "to do" list, which is... update my old characters. Right now working on Akuma.
The plans are:
- Accurate hitboxes
- Accurate animation timings
- Messatsu Gou Rasen and Messatsu Gou Senpuu (Super Tatsu / Air Super Tatsu)
- Better AI
- More special intros
- Extended CS
- Bug fixes, CNS clean up, etc.
And one thing that I always found intriguing is that his super tatsu in source is either QCF QCF K (SF3) or QCF 2K (MvC2), but in Mugen some authors use QCB instead. It's understandable since normal tatsu is performed with QCB. Which one you guys prefer? I have put up a poll.

Hey everyone.
I've been slooooowly updating my characters, specially Ingrid, she is basically done, only things left are a few sprites that needs color separation (wish I wasn't so lazy when it comes to csing). The reason for it taking so long is, besides burnout and real life duties, I bought a PS4 reccently lol.
But I assure the updates will be worth the waiting. Ingrid already feels like a completely new character.
Didn't feel like creating a topic for this, but
Akuma got a small update:
- Added intros vs KarmaCharmeleon's upcoming Ryu and Evil Ryu
- Corrected a typo in Shin Akuma's def file
- Reorganized config.txt so now it is ONE config file for all modes
- Added small sparks option to config.txt (like I did for Ingrid and Sakura)
- Akuma and Shin Akuma now uses their CvS default palette instead of my original default ones
- Removed some unused content
