Title: vp freya english patch

I found this vp freya character last night, but wasn't satisfied with the jap. snd so I made this english patch.  I still have one or two bugs to fix but I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out.

-update-
  -increased the volume
  -changed a few of the attack quotes to be more accurate
 - made a better pallette because the originals shading seems off and the character is overly bright
