The Absolute Worst

Yeah, Sharena was my go to lance user for a while because she had shockingly good stats for a 2* unit. Anna's a decent glass cannon but Alphonse is an absolute lump.

Oh now you want her helping your team....good thing I got her to 4* because she's really good helping others and picking off certain units. Just don't have her fighting powerful mages because her resistance is pretty low. She also works well with Felicia...

I really like Sharena and glad she's high tier, but unless Nintendo makes a way to get multiples of story characters, there's no way to make her stronger once she hits 5* level 40.

Why are Lucina and Marth above Lyn and Ryoma? I know Lucina is good, but I wouldnt put her in her own tier. No Leo either and he is a pretty good. Also dont see Adult Tiki who is usually placed around loli Tiki (usually a tier below). Probably the tier list I disagree with the most :p but yeah, sharena is decent

10HP auto heal every 3 turns because they both have the Falchion, high mobility, high stats (Marth is hard to kill), a bit of support.

Im guessing they rate his ability a bit higher than I would. I only saw the first part of the 2 lines. I agree with most of the lower parts of the tiers though. I think Lucina, Ryoma, and Lyn should all be in the same tier though. But should Lucina be considered the same tier as Takumi, Azura, and Hector though? I just dont see it. I think Cordelia should be just below Azura as well. I think Leo should be in the same tier as Tharja if not slightly higher.

Being effective against more than just color advantage is also a huge bonus in ranking - anti-dragon in the case of Falchion users. Hector is the top of his type, Takumi has the range and the speed, but the likes of Lucina can be great at their type and go beyond it. It's "maxing out a couple of stats past the limits" vs "really good in all stats + a couple things not even on the list of stats".
Others that have similar features (Robin being effective against colorless) but much lesser stats are way below in the ranking, so it's more like a gimmick for them but they're still easy to trap ; it's another story when there's that and high everything else. There's no easy way to handle that beside having two or three people trap them and gang up on them. It's the same strategy for Hector and Takumi, but they're not higher.

Im really hoping they put some kind of mechanic in to balance out the meta. I know they cant nerf Takumi, but maybe add some bow breakers (are there any in now?) Or more units like Robin that counter colorless units. That way we start seeing more than a handful of units in arena. I was doing the arena challenges and fought a team of Azura, 2 Takumis, and Hector. Ive seen videos of 4 Takumi teams (had to be whales). Maybe they can buff units in the future as well, but when you have hundreds of potential characters, a more diverse skill spread would probably be better.

A little mini-event is happening right now. Basically a chain of quests that require you to complete certain training and story missions with specific (all sword/axe/lance) teams that give some free orbs, badges, shards, and crystals.

Also part 3 of the event map has been released. You can easily grab 12 orbs right now (14 with the daily log in) if you complete both versions of the event map and 6 of the Weapon Mastery quests that give out 1 orb each.

The missions don't care how many members are in your team as long as they're all the weapon it asks you(i.e Lance missions can be done with a team of 3 Lance users without a 4th member) Which is great if you're short on a particular weapon type.

Man Azura has to have like a .01% Summon rate i have done over 100 reroll attempts for her since the other day and haven't landed her once i mean i guess it doesn't help i seem to never get blue orbs but i want her so bad it also helps she's the most futureproof top tier unit right now at least unitl herons are introduced and can sing for multiple allies at once.

Also what's a good place to find Armored units above lvl 35 i assume Lunatic 9-2 is the best so far.

Just farm the training tower. Armored units spawn from time to time, you don't drain your stamina so fast, you can get XP for your units and get badges for upgrading units.
