Old news is old news. So you know how old this is.
It's not uncommon for a random user to announce the new mugen update before a staff member notices. It would be perfectly normal to have several posts about a new release before changing the title.

hmmm...I downloaded this 1.1 version and what I actualy saw:
-aded fadein and fadeout in options
-animated cursor in select mode
-sound is fixed YEAAAH!
-new animation fight for lifebar
-I saw also some new ffiles in the folder...
welll nice...

They should. But some like the Fighters Megamix one I use have weird bugs (like not seeing "ARCADE", "VERSUS", etc. on the main menu).

ah cool, yeah I've seen a bug on the intro screen for the IMT screenpack which comes out glitched (I'm using IMT Blue version) but other than that it works well.

In cross gen screenpack everything works flawlessly in mugen 1.1a4 as well as the ares screenpack.
The current screenpack that im using is mugen cross gen. Im currently running my mugen at 1804X1026 Hd and everything works flawlessly. Mugen 1.0 in my opinion is dead. In mugen 1.0 you are limited to software mode which is slower. In mugen 1.1 you are not limited you can basicly use the the full extent of your pc by using the advanced opengl renderer option in the mugen cfg. guys mugen 1.1 is the way to go.

Error message: Invalid trigger: camerapos
Error parsing [State 5100, 8]
Error in [Statedef 5100]
Error in data/common1.cns
Error loading chars/Ryu/Ryu.def
Error loading p1

Library error message: Died parsing pos x + camerapos x, 0

Looks like they don't understand camerapos of Mugen 1.1. Did I miss something for IMT Screenpack?

That's a character bug. It has nothing to do with screenpacks.
It's a bug in Ryu. Most likely the mugenversion is set to 1.0 or lower. Camerapos is a new 1.1 trigger so only characters with mugenversion=1.1 or higher can use it. If the mugenversion is incorrectly set, it'll result in an error message.
