Can I start a mugen character project in kickstarter?

I made Shun_ei with kofxiii style in May this year and it seems fairly popular. Now I plan to make more kofxiv chararcter with kofxiii style, but make this style char will spend huge spirit. I want to start a project about this character in kickstarter, can I?

You can try, but there is a very high chance that it will fail.

You're going to find that people very rarely are willing to pay money for something to be made in Mugen when the vast majority do it for free.
