I've been trying to have a char to resurrect at the end of each round as long as he has =3000 power. As im pretty much a beginner with this kind of things this is way beyond my knowledge. Ive been looking for resources or guides to have it done -mainly trying to do adapt SF3's Gill own code-, but as of now i havent been able to make anything work as intended-my fault, for sure-, and i think i've already come across each bit of info there is online and im still clueless.
So, I could use some help. Thanks in advance!

Welp it looks like the first post is shitting itself right now from the recently added pals, didn't help I forgot to add Ushiwakamaru's and it just would not update so it looks like I'm gonna use that second page I have, what I might do is move half of the first post onto the second page so it doesn't kill itself for now Ushiwakamaru's new pal is gonna be on the second page to be there until I move half of the thread to it. A google drive containing all of my palettes might get added in a worse case scenario.

Nextk time try renaming it by deleting everything after the sff. Don't think I've ever had it actually be corrupted in that situation. Fighter factory usually forgets to rename it. The was an update a year or two ago that did that every time. One more thing is create new then import from another project. That worked for me when FF used to crash when saving frequently.
Hey, I noticed that BBTag does indeed have enhanced supers when in that Overdrive thing, as I could see the data for them on the Dustloop pages. Did you not implement that to avoid bloat or did you not know that?
By seeing the video, i'm not sure if the MUGEN time is affected by the lag of the stage, but Bang goes back to the default 0 state before the calculated time i set for his astral, that's a weird case. I'll try to fix him tomorrow, it will be a bit hard to try to fix a bug that i actually can't experience it but we'll see.
The lag is coming from the recording itself, though I admit the lag from the MUGEN 1.1 probably messed it up, too. I tested it in my MUGEN 1.0 and it works perfectly fine. Strange bug I say.
