These are awesome, the tracks fit perfectly as well, good job. Nitcpick though, the track is 21mb you can covert it to 5 and keep the quality. The studiopolis track is so slick. Are those sprites from Sonic CD or a sonic game ?

Sonic mania.

These stages look really good. The core in particular looks really well done.

On behalf of Scepter (he did all the art), thanks guys! I suggest checking out his DeviantArt, he's done a lot of great stuff. He has some more stages that OldGamer converted.

The sprites are all custom made by Scepter himself, in the style of Waku Waku 7. They're based on Sonic Mania and Undertale, with just a hint of Sonic CD with the past and future signs. And sorry about the music's file size. I just took fifteen minute extensions from YouTube and put them through a YouTube to mp3. I'll admit I didn't take the file sizes into account.

If I may ask, did you apply parallax to the floor sprites? Just wondering.

Rest in peace, Tamez. Thank you for everything.

I did not. If I recall, I don't think you can apply parallax to animated floors, unless that changed with 1.1 (I still use 1.0).

It is definitely possible to do animated parallax on 1.0 using BGCtrls.  Electr0 did a fairly nice tutorial here, or you can check out how EX did it on his Alpha Base stage, which helped me suss it out.

Awesome stages by the way, remind me of some Paul Robertson animations.

I hope that you'll apply parallax to these stages. In my opinion, it'll look great on them!

Rest in peace, Tamez. Thank you for everything.

I might give it a shot if you guys would be down for it!

I should point out that Scepter based these stages on the style Waku Waku 7, which never had parallax on its floors. However, I don't see the harm in making versions of these stages with it anyway.

Hey. Mind if I ask something? Whenever I try to download Studiopolis my computer says that it is a virus. (it might be the same with the core I think.) Can you maybe try to make them so there are no viruses in them and send me the link to them please? Thanks.
16 bit Sonic all the way for creating!

Its just probably your browser doing this, if there were really any viruses in it, some eyebrows would have been raised a long time ago.

I never noticed this until now, that is some tight pixel art tho. Nice work on bringing it to life.

These are stunning. I'm checking out that artist's page soon...

Thanks guys! I'm glad you're all enjoying Specter's work!

Also, I updated the links here. I had updated the stages a while back, but that was in another thread.
