Changelog:
-bug fixes
-AI update
-safe jumps added

Not too much was off here since I gave him a pretty huge update a while ago but with his new AI(same as the tmnt etc) he acts a bit more competent with his tools overall. Safe jumps exists in breakers as well so I had to include that as a flaw that needed to be fixed.

depends on the stage but the issue is how one leg is so elevated vs the other.

Yea, it does depend on the stage. Though a lot of fighting games back then had character sprites feet uneven. It was a style for the particular game. Even Street Fighter has this problem, due to the angle in which they were drawn.

breakers got around this by using circle shadows so that they didn't have to worry about the mirroring being wrong for shadows but yeah

edit: pretty good job getting it down to the original tho because I remember in your earlier versions where you could get away with this........

Edit: oh ok, well garuda is in blockstring and it's simul mode so that's not a bug and entirely not my fault either. Still don't know what the screenshot means

that's supposed to be a jump kick but as you can see it didn't connect...... funny thing is right before i made this pic, he did the same jump kick and it hit.......somehow, this one didn't.....not sure if it was a bug or what

that's not a problem of stage otherwise if it were even vegeta had to have separate shadow from his feet.. it is a problem of axis.. condor must be placed  below (just as vegeta)
