Well, how can I? I'm considering to make characters from neither Marvel nor Capcom. I might think about making a touhou character in this style.

Your title is so misleading there is NOTHING MVC3 related in your character. MVC3 isnt even a 6 button fighter dude.
You should of at least tried to set up his attacks like in MVC3,  3 attack buttons 1 launcher button.

Um, yes it is. It's based on Ahuron's characters and obviously you people didn't look at the Special on the title. If I wanted very close to MvC3, I would have called it by it's current name, UMvC3. Also, The word "Special" shows emphasis on being MvC3 inspired and I never said it was source accurate due to the fact it was custom. If I had MvC3 effects, I would use them, if they exist. Plus, this was originally an scraped project back in 2010. Just be lucky I released him over Master Ryu. Hopefully releasing this can make people shut up and stop asking me for him.

However, I can still take your suggestion and made another cmd file using 3 attack buttons 1 launcher button. But I have to play the game first.

Today, I will like to officially announce my project I have been working on back in 2012. This is my Marvel vs. Capcom Series Inspired: God Ken. This character is an edit of DCL's MvC2 Angel Ken. Originally, this edit was done similar to my Master Ryu (MvC-EoH with CvS2 hitsparks). Later in 2013, I found some different effects and sprites to use after getting back into M.U.G.E.N again. So I decided to make him different to DCL's characters (Hence he's called MvCSI). Here are the differences between mine and DCL's:

-Different hitsparks, effects, and announcer.
-Will not be able to escape grabs.
-Will have a Variable Counter attack (Performed while being hit with B, DB, D, P).
-All my characters will have custom portraits with the use of Hoshi's tutorials.
-Crouching strong punch will have a unique hitspark to launch the opponent into the air.
-Will not be source accurate.
-I will consider making characters in this style from neither Marvel nor Capcom.

My Master Ryu has also received this treatment as well. Although he is still going to be private, God Ken won't be. Big special thanks to shulbocka for the God Ken portraits and DCL for beta testing. I also edited DCL's template to this style as well. If I get enough feedback from this character, the template will be released so you can make your own characters in the MvCSI style. For now, enjoy.

Note: Be aware that there will be another update to this character. But until I can get the announcer sounds for MvC3 and TvC, it won't be for a while.

So is M.U.G.E.N 1.0 going off focus something that can't be fixed? I never heard of that before. Maybe I've been gone out of the M.U.G.E.N scene for too long so I had no idea 1.0 can do that. Well, thanks for the replies guys. It helps still.

I forgot to reply last night cause I needed some sleep, but after a few minutes, the ESC key is working again. I don't know what happened and what caused it. Guess I'll do your suggestion and restart the computer if it happens again.

After playing with M.U.G.E.N 1.0 during training mode, I can't go back to the main menu. Without the ESC Key, I can't quit the game or change characters. It was working fine a few minutes ago, now I can't use it. My ESC Key is also working fine outside of M.U.G.E.N 1.0. What is the problem that is causing it? Is it a bug?

Does anyone know how did Zzyzzyxx fixed the bug to make Hikaru Usada by Nyan☆Kiryu work for 1.0? Since the link is broken, I can't get the fixed version. It seems the reason of the crash is because of Kappa (The Egg-Shaped Green Duck). I could get rid of the coding and make Kappa disappear, but removing him makes Usada not be able to use him as a striker. Is there a possible way for me to keep him in the background without making M.U.G.E.N 1.0 crash?

Hey, I remembered seeing that video a couple of years back. That video belonged to Orochi Gill. Seeing that the stage was unreleased back then, I though that it will never see the light of day. But glad it finally has now. Thanks for sharing, Anti. :)

Your just saying that because not many people is posting on the topic. This is one of the best programs I ever used for editing characters and I thank you making such a great user friendly character maker. I tried the update and I haven't found anymore issues. The program no longer crashes when I load vyn's MvC-EoH characters. I just forgot to reply to let you know, sorry about that.

Sweet. Seeing that color separation image means you are making a Rolento. Even a Benimaru, Cody, and Terry too. I'm more excited to see Rolento as I was disappointed that dark-shade never released his. Plus, he was my favorite characters in Street Fighter Alpha 3. Look forward to seeing the others too.

vyn's Terry doesn't satisfy me anymore.
Why? vyn's Terry was awesome! :(

Just kidding, it's your choice. I personally think the hitsparks he used on his CvSX characters is my favorite. I even made a fightfx based on his hitsparks.

It is sad to see another creator go, but like Jmorphman said, you'll be back. I came back after a year later so probably you will too.

He's updating all of his old chars (because they really need it) before working on anything new.
I thought he was working on a Rolento. Was he or that was just a rumor? Probably it's a rumor as I may not read every single page on his WIP thread.

You might want to reupload the 64bit version FF3 again. I can't the exe out because the rar is corrupted. The 32bit version extracted fine and I tried the characters again with that version. The issues I had are gone. However, when I load up any of vyn's MvC-EoH characters like his Evil Ryu, Boneclaw Wolverine, or Hayato, the program still crashes. Do you happen to know what causes this?

Edit: Forget what I said about the first sentence. I tried a mirror and it extracted fine.

Yes, I am positive. I tried mostly the MvC related characters because I like them. I even choose a random character in my character folder like Darktalbain & Cray's Wolvenom and got this:

Error message: Can't find file Wolvenom_Common1.cns
Error loading chars/ff3_0/ff3_0.def
Error loading p1

And when I booted up M.U.G.E.N and choose the character, he works just fine. So I know this a FF3 problem and not the character. Also I was using the 64bit version.
Send me one of these chars.
I changed the internal project system as i said before, we expect some trouble with exotic file names at first.
There's no problem with the char or the editing capabilities of FF3 (mostly unchanged), just a file name issue. No need for this level of harm.

The issue also applies to vyn's and DCL's characters as well and you can find it there as well. I'm not upset at all, I been working on an edit using FF3 and I would be very disappointed that the program you created destroyed my work. But it turns out the character wasn't destroyed, it just looks like it when you test it using FF3.

Has anyone encountered more bugs in the new version that in RC6? When I test characters in RC7, the character's intros started looping instead of going to his/her stance until the round starts and if a character has a dash, the frame is stuck on the last sprite. Also, if the character has a superjump, he/she can't do it. This version of FF3 feels more broken than before. Forgot to mention that this is done with DCL's characters.

Edit: When I load up any of vyn's MvC-EoH characters, the program crashes. Why does it do that while the previous version doesn't?

This Chun-Li. I know there's some versions of her out there, but which one(s) would be considered the best out there?
I guess the best one that uses her SFA outfit is Yaten Kou. I can't find the author's site so I guess she's offline.
