Yes, there're a few, this is one and this is another one (an old version from Yogoneko's, offline... but here is an edited version of this one). And, in some moment, Choiyer wanted to make Shana too but he cancelled this WIP. Also, eventually Shana from Dengeki Bunka Fighting Climax should be made soon (probably by japanese guys), it's matter of time to be made

There's a Winmugen version of the lifebars part of the screenpack by Kung Fu Man on Randomselect.

City Hunter's got some cool looking Jojo inspired lifebars that are W.I.P. that I think he might be waiting on someone to ask to code them.

None are extremely source accurate by any means, but they're the best in my opinion.

Strider - SyN.

Wolverine - Sander71113s is pretty good, I also enjoy using Vyn's (IIRC his is made for a full game tho.)

Captain America & Commando i don't use MvC styles of.

It was already clear you were requesting for accurate stuff (since you said "best MvC2 [char]").

Splode's Hiryu is accurate to the source, but it's MvC1. I have no idea about the others.

As I know, the only MVC2 chars of the ones you said were made by Kong and IMT Team, but I won't recommend them even were they got "MVC2 style". So, better stay with the MVC general recommendations:
