Hi! I'm newb here, and i'm a creator. I wish the title, bcause i want uploading my stuff, if its possible :)

You don't need a "creator" title to announce and publish your creations. If you don't have a website, upload your creations to dropbox, mediafire or any file sharing application.
The "creator" title is just a label, doesn't give you any feature that non-creators don't already have
