Dr. Doom plays a zoning role in MSH:R. Having a variety of specials and projectiles he is equipped to deal with an opponent at nearly any position on screen as long as he chooses the correct action.

Short flight - tap any direction twice while airborn and not attacking
stomp - f+FK
specials:
Plasma Beam - d,f+P (can also be performed in air)
Photon shot - d,b+P (can also be performed in air)
Molecular Shield - d,b+K
Shield Charge - d,f+K

Doom lazer - d,b+k (air only)
lvl.1 Hypers:
