I like this project even if I'm not a big fan of games with clashing sprites design.
BTW Seeing Karin and Sakura close make me think this Karin should be scalled / edited. This is just my suggestion.

I'm going to release the first beta of the game and it will have 6 characters
Ryu, Chun-li, Dante Akira, Honey, Sonic
there will be more downloads with patches (characters, stages, music)
