Yeah, well, sorry to bring bad news, but now it seems that the "jump start" action is completely skipped during backwards jumps, but the "jump start" animation is now played during the backwards jump itself instead of the normal jumping animation. So, in a way, it's even more broken now.

Edit: As far as I can tell, in the previous version, all that was needed to fix the issue was to find this part in the code
