I'm really unsure about him. He may do chars but what he does are rather broken and need a lot of fixing.

I'll give mgmurrow a +1 simply because I liked his Hulk, and old Shadowlady, as incredibly broken it was (I really wish someone would make an MvC1 accurate version).
