Title: Mugen custom screenpack and Mt08 released
Post by: Gordon360 on January 24, 2009, 03:01:15 am
No longer working on these so decided to release them (working on another one)

add this line to the system.def of mto9
under the other selectbg 2

[SelectBG 2]
type  = normal
spriteno = 102,0
layerno = 0
start = 0, 460
delta = 0,0
tile  = 1,0
trans = add
velocity = -2, 0

shots
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

lifebars...
for the "mugen" screenpack i edited the fight.def of the Guilty Gear XX #Reload Lifebar  bar by minstral
portraits only show during turns battles
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

as for mt09 i recommend xM.Ξ.†.Λ.L.G.Ξ.Λ.Rx™'s CVS2-EX Lifebar

And what do you call the other ones?

MT09 (or should I say 08?) looks great and all (could use more slots in the bottom part but I can add those myself) however the VS screen is very dissapointing since it's just a static screen it could at least use some animated background.

looks like i forgot to add more rows seeing that its a simple task i wont update the link.
and seeing that your already on it could you please post the right amount of rows.

as for the versus screen sometime last year my mugen started to lag due to the amount of characters and animations to load, it was either delete some characters or take out any unimportant animations and as you can see i went with the latter (my bad for not saving the sprites or at least creating an alternate system.def).

I'd say 2 more rows would work and maybe a "Welcome to the Mugen Tournament 2008" scrolling text in the bottom.

If i remember correctly a few characters have that bug so what you have to do is try to weed out which character is giving you the message then delete that character or just don't add it to the select.def until there's a way to fix it.

The screenpack looks kickass, from what I see. Any custom sprite numbers for portraits at all?

Is there a template for portraits for MUGEN Custom?  I'm seriously looking into using it
