Anyone want some ideas on how to improve Elsa's moveset, look no further. Pretty sure Chuchoryu based her off of SeanAlty's Sub-Zero, based on the stance....adding in his moves shouldn't be too hard.

That could be correct if that super is lv3 or more (if she had more powerbars than 3)
correct mi amigo, now this super move is the only one she have, but in the future this super become a Lv3

in the upgrade I have now some ideas for she, including special intro vs Bhino Sub-Zero, and Ice Man, but for now is only beta

Well... I like it. But if you don't mind I'll give you ideas that come to my mind.
She's a girl and an "ice queen", like you said, she's not a fighter, so her move set must be more defensive and "delicate" but effective. Beautiful to watch and funny to execute. Also, to be a funny char to play with her offensive must be cool (got it, cool).
So... Basic attacks: slam attacks mostly (like princess peach or shermie) instead of fists and "ice throw" from her palms (like one hand and then the other, with grace) to complete a combo. Low kicks (you can take inspiration in chars with dress like Ehecatl, Saori/Athena, Yuuka Kazami and stuff) . Maybe a grab that frosts the enemy for a moment.
Projectiles: Snowballs, and frozen breeze (like kula's frozen breath, but from the hand instead of the mouth) that frosts the enemy for a moment. Ice diamonds, like arrowheads she throw to enemy.
Special moves: I like the idea of the "let's build some snowmen" in your video, like helpers, with limited time or life, that throws snowballs or physical attack and also block the enemy's attacks. And something like the "ice edge" of Ice. Ice wall and ice statues are good idea also for the defensive style. "Ground freeze", like sub-zero attack, but coming from her footstep; that could be a kick special that completes a combo.
For hypers, I'm ok with the snow storm; "snowman goliath", summoning the giant snowman to attack the enemy (limited time or life); something like the icequake of Ice (the char).
It's all that comes to my mind. Hope you like the ideas and become useful. I don't have any skill in coding or editing, but I got some imagination and I like to share ideas.

Glad you like them. I'm enthusiastic when talking about "ice users", and specially with this one because is also a Disney char. A one of its kind. You have started a great char in many dimensions. There are no many "ice user" chars (not counting Kula clones, about six) or decent disney fighters (actually Disney has not many characters to take from. Villains mostly, the girl from Brave, Hercules, Aladin are some could work as fighters, but just some). So, yeah, I'm enthusiastic about this one.
So, basically (and apparently) she can create and manipulate ice and snow. Also, because of the magic into her powers, what she creates can come to life (snowmen for example. I'm not sure if she could build an ice statue and make it come to life).

And I actually liked what I've watched. Rising ice from the floor to keep opponent at distance and/or send it to the air, where it could or couldn't be more exposed. And that ice shard projectiles are cool also.
I was also thinking in get inspired on SF's Ingrid for normal kicks/punches and attacks performance. Her moves are very princess/ballerina, what you could expect on a Disney's ice queen.
I think once chuchoryu sees all those ideas and possibilities is just matter of time he decides the best form to pull it on his CVS-Elsa. I think I've participated enough in this topic. I might stay away for a while. :v

None of his attacks are ice based but they focus on keeping the enemy away and punishing them. I think that's the kind of gameplay you're looking for here.

A defensive projectile reflector which also deals damage. That is something you should consider for future updates.
