I'd really wish this release got patch in able to use Akira & Selvy in Arcade (i dunno about Dream Duel) like in current AC version 1.30 does. I did watch Selvy's AC playthrough in AC 1.30 on Youtube, i dunno if Sega guests like her has their own story chapter or not, just like Elizabeth, Labrys (both forms) in original P4A/U

Sometime next month, there will be a character/systems balance patch as well as a new "redhead character."

Y'know i could smell a title update of the game there. Gladly i'm not buying the game and wait till last title update

EDIT: Plz add -w-:
*New sprites for:
**Collapse/Cheese Kill/Crumple/Wall Bounced/KOF hard knockdown
**For most characters to have new or reused sprites for new moves
***Non-X Dash Normals (other than Akira)
***New normal command moves (other than Rentaro)
***Launcher
***Air charged moves
***Ground Hard attacks Jump Cancel
***D(2x) special moves since they are very safe
**Revamped special intro like Shizuo with Tomoka on wearing his glasses
**Actual Standing Ground Hitted while the old ones should be in Air only
**UNIEL style Trip Stagger
**Throw should be B+C, means needs a Grab miss sprite(s)
*UNIEL style normal chain combos
*Trump Card can only gives 3x repeatable chain combos
*Air compatible Impact Skill & Trump Card moves for most characters
*Free route OTG mechanisms on all move attacks, similar to FrenchBread's UNIEL
*Rearrange move list, and its command inputs and Damage properties
*Guest characters like SEGA guests should have their own arcade story background

In all honesty, I'm rather more curious about who this "new redhead" will be. Could it be another guest character (Reila from Valkyria Chronicles comes to mind), or another char from an anime/novel with the Dengeki name that I'm not aware of. This, I gotta see.

the only red head i could think of is enju but she's an assist already or that little red riding hood girl from okami-san.

WHAT THE FUCK are you on?
No one cares about your dumb wishlist, do you even know how the game works? Reverse beat is already there, you just have to be in TC mode, if you want so many UNIEL mechanics just play UNIEL, Jesus fucking Christ.

Devil is a part timer is actually a pretty good series. So I approve of her being in here :D. Now heres hoping touma and accelerator are actually playable this go round.

not quite. what about Yuji & Takumu (as Cyan Pile)? I highly doubt that Ariadust might appear as playable since she's the main and might have Murakumo / Gear vibes. The only thing i know about known candidates who are fits as assists are Sinon, Tori Aoi & Lime Bell, why? Sinon's a sniper, Tori is a non-Action guy for most since he has lack of fighting skills, while Lime Bell is a "healer"... or healer.

I also hoped for new final boss character, while the non-Dengeki Guests act as Mid-Boss + has their own arcade story & special intros since they are lack of them (think about Akira has a funny personality in 90s anime adaption). Speaking of guests, Sakura Shinguji has a better chance to be in this since her series was novelized by Dengeki + In my thought if Sonic is in the game, i see that its very unique to appear since French Bread pre-Games has a non-Human appearance characters like Type-Moon's Nero Chaos in bulky form & UNI's Merkava

He's from Jump, neither from Dengeki, Sega, even Tecmo Koei

Characters that are assist already won't be playable, that much is easy to see.

Personally, I too don't have any problems with Emi being playable, we already have Maou as an assist, so why not add her too? I don't dislike the character personally. And if I can choose a character to be added, I wouldn't mind seeing Imca from Valkyria Chronicles 3 using her weapon (Riela would basically be a Selvaria v0.1 so I don't really want her).
